We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Wash Pad Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning and detailing construction equipment as it returns from the field, ensuring each piece is in top condition for the next rental.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and pressure-clean construction equipment (e.g., excavators, skid steers, lifts, etc.)
• Remove mud, debris, and other buildup from machines
• Inspect equipment for obvious damage or missing parts during cleaning
• Assist yard personnel with organizing cleaned equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe wash area
• Perform basic maintenance on wash tools and pressure washers
• Follow safety and environmental procedures, including proper handling of wash water and chemicals

Requirements:

• Prior experience with power washers or cleaning equipment preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
